PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please review and understand this Payment and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any bookings with SkyTrek Adventure. By using this website and confirming a booking, you agree to comply with all policies, terms, and conditions outlined herein.
Payment Policy
- You are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information during the booking process or when required. When you initiate a booking or reservation, you authorize SkyTrek Adventure to process the payment and share relevant information with our trusted service providers.
- When entering names on the booking page, please ensure they exactly match the names on your identity proof or travel documents (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN card, Passport, Voter ID card, or any other acceptable identity card) before making the final payment.
- SkyTrek Adventure will not be liable or responsible for denial of entry to the campsite or for any extra payments if incorrect details, names, or ages are provided during the booking process.
- Entry to the campsite for children under 6 years is free. However, please note that this typically applies to only one child per paying adult; if there is more than one child, the purchase of separate tickets is mandatory.
- For all individuals aged 6 and above, the same rates apply at the campsite.
- Please ensure you provide the accurate age of all traveling children at the time of booking.
- Documentation proving a child's age may be required during check-in (e.g., birth certificate, Aadhaar Card, or Passport).
- The information provided will be used to communicate details regarding your reservations, including booking confirmations, payment status, updates, changes, and cancellations.
- Any bookings or reservations made through this website require you to pay the applicable amount for the service you choose. An authorized and secure payment gateway is in place which may require payment information, card details, or other necessary details to process payments.
- By providing payment information, you authorize SkyTrek Adventure to charge the applicable amount for your bookings, including any fees, taxes, or additional services, to the provided payment method.
- All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees.
- The package includes Breakfast, Lunch, Hi-Tea, and Dinner.
- Extra Breakfast - ₹150
- Extra Lunch - ₹250
- Extra Hi-Tea - ₹100
- Extra Dinner - ₹250
- Driver's food charges will be ₹600/- per day (these charges must be paid at the campsite only and cannot be booked using the website). Accommodation and food for the driver will be free if the group has 50 or more members; otherwise, a charge of ₹1000/- per day will apply.
- Payment does not automatically ensure or guarantee booking confirmation unless followed by a booking confirmation from SkyTrek Adventure's team.
- Once we receive your booking amount, we will provide you with a booking confirmation message as soon as possible, which may include arrival details, outstanding amount, and payment date, among other details. Without this confirmation, no booking can be considered confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy and contact us immediately if any discrepancies or issues arise.
- The entire booking amount must be paid 5 days before the date of arrival.
- No booking application will be considered valid unless a 30% advance payment of the entire booking amount is deposited.
- SkyTrek Adventure has industry-standard security measures in place to protect your payment information. However, SkyTrek Adventure does not guarantee the absolute security of your data during transmission or storage. You agree and acknowledge that you provide such information at your own risk.
- We use PayU Payments Private Limited for processing payments. We/PayU do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
- Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by us and its service providers.

Cancellation Policy
- Tickets or tokens issued under the Adventure Park section by SkyTrek Adventure (or via www.skyrekadventure.com) cannot be cancelled, transferred, or postponed. All bookings related to Adventure Park are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
- Tickets issued under the Campsite section by SkyTrek Adventure (or via www.skyrekadventure.com) cannot be cancelled. If a cancellation is made on the service start date or anytime within 5 days before the service starts date, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, and all bookings will be considered non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
- You can request cancellation of tickets issued under the Campsite section by SkyTrek Adventure (or via www.skyrekadventure.com). If a cancellation is requested 5 days before the service start date, a refund will be issued to the original mode of payment, after deducting a 30% charge of the total package cost, within 15 days.
- Any cancellation or modification must be requested only by the lead name on the booking form, in writing, within the stipulated timeframe.
- If cancellation occurs due to an unforeseeable or sudden event, government regulations, or adverse weather conditions, the booking amount may be non-refundable or partially refundable, processed to the original mode of payment within 15 days.
- If cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be liable to pay any compensation or reimbursement to cover losses. Circumstances beyond SkyTrek Adventure's control mean any event that could not be foreseen or avoided, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances usually include, but are not limited to, bad weather, war, bomb threats, terrorist activity, civil unrest, transportation closures, road closures, landslides, earthquakes, natural, nuclear, or man-made disasters, epidemics, threats of war, disputes, illness, emergencies, and similar events.
- Participation in adventure activities may be denied without refund if the participant is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Participants must be physically and mentally fit to participate in all activities available at our sites; otherwise, they may be denied without refund. (Denial based on physical fitness also applies to overweight participants).

Changes & Modifications
- SkyTrek may send notifications and reminders related to your bookings via email, text message, or any other modes of communication. It is important to review and respond to these communications promptly to avoid any issues with your reservations.
- In case you need to make changes to your booking, such as modifying dates, names, or any other details, please contact the SkyTrek Adventure team for assistance. However, changes are subject to availability and circumstances, and may not always be accommodated.
- Changes and modifications may be subject to fees in some cases. Any such fees will be communicated to you before confirming requested changes.
- If requested modifications or changes result in a change to the total booking amount, you will be responsible for paying any additional applicable costs.
- SkyTrek Adventure's team reserves the right to make any changes to your itinerary or schedule due to unexpected conditions or contingencies.
