CAMPSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Foul language or verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
Always listen to your camp instructor or guide; they are knowledgeable about the woods we'll be staying in.
At the campsite, we will lead a minimalist life with the most basic needs; do not expect luxurious or home-like surroundings or environment.
Let's go back to our roots. Be in the wild. Stay away from your phones. Enjoy nature and the atmosphere you are in, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!
Check-in time: 10:00 AM
Check-out time: 9:00 AM (After check-out time, it will be counted as a second day, and extra charges will apply.)
High rope activities are complimentary one time only. The weight limit for rope activities is 80 kg. The activities are not transferable; if one person does not participate in a particular activity, they cannot transfer it to another person. Extra charges per activity will be applicable for a second attempt.
The extra leftover food at our campsite is distributed among the poor, so please do not waste food.
Do not harm the trees and wildlife, as the campsite is located in Mount Abu Forest Sanctuary (an eco-sensitive zone).
No littering on the treks and hikes. Keep the jungle clean from human waste
Respect nature.
Respect other campers and always be ready to offer a helping hand whenever needed.
Participants must take care of all equipment issued to them, or they will be liable for any losses or damages.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
You must be at least 18 years old...
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our website. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and are eligible to form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are not incompetent to contract, nor a minor, nor an un-discharged insolvent. If a minor, i.e., below 18 years of age, the User must not register himself/herself with us and must not transact or use the Website. SkyTrek Adventure retains the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Use and/or repudiate access to the Website at any time if it notices or discovers that the user is incompetent to contract as provided under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Especially for minors, SkyTrek Adventure encourages parents and guardians to spend time online to participate in the interactive activities offered on our Website.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party.

Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
We want all our customers to have an enjoyable, carefree holiday. However, you must remember that you are responsible for your actions and their effect on others. If we, or another person in authority, believe your actions could upset, annoy, or disturb other customers or our own staff, or put them at any risk or danger, or damage property, or if you are unfit to travel, we may end your tour and terminate your contract. You and your traveling party will be prevented from using your booked accommodation, transport, and any other travel arrangements forming part of your booking. We will not be liable for any refund, compensation, or any other costs you have to pay. Alternatively, at our discretion, you may be permitted to continue with your tour but may have additional terms of carriage imposed upon you.
In addition to the above and the effect your actions may have on others, you must particularly bear in mind that you are responsible for your safety and the condition of the property you occupy. We are not responsible for any accidents which occur in or around irresponsible behavior, or for any accidents which occur anywhere on properties because of glass, china, or similar items that you have broken and/or left in a way that could result in injury.
We will hold you and the members of your traveling party jointly and individually liable for any damage to the accommodation, furniture, apparatus, or other materials located within the accommodation, together with any legal costs we incur in pursuing a claim. It is your duty to report any breakages, defects, or damage to an appropriate person immediately.
If your behavior or the behavior of any members of your traveling party causes any diversion, we and/or the carrier will hold you and those members jointly and individually liable for all costs incurred as a result of that diversion. We cannot accept liability for the behavior of others in your accommodation, or for any facilities/services withdrawn as a result of their actions.
SkyTrek Adventure does not guarantee that the information on the Website complies with your local legislation, if the User has chosen to access the Website from a different location other than India.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan only.
